Comprehensive In-Home Care in Wyoming

In Wyoming, Caretech partners with adults living with disabilities to help them stay safe, independent, and supported at home. Our services include non-medical daily living support and, when eligible, skilled nursing and therapy care through Wyoming Medicaid programs.

Whats Covered

Non-Medical Services (HCBS Waivers)
 Through Wyoming’s Medicaid developmental disabilities waivers, eligible adults may receive:

  • Personal care assistance
  • Homemaker and chore help
  • Respite care
  • Transportation

Skilled Nursing & Therapies (Home Health)
 For those who qualify, Caretech also provides:

  • Skilled nursing (medication management, wound care, IV therapy)
  • Monitoring of vital signs and chronic conditions

How to Apply for Assistance

Step 1 – Start with Wyoming 211

  • Call Wyoming 211, a statewide referral service that connects residents with disability support programs, financial aid, and healthcare resources.

Step 2 – Explore Federal Programs

  • SSDI/SSI (Social Security Administration): Provides monthly benefits to individuals with disabilities and limited income. Apply online through the SSA website.

Step 3 – Investigate State Programs

  • Wyoming Medicaid: Offers healthcare coverage, including home health nursing and therapies. Learn more at Wyoming Department of Health.
  • Developmental Disabilities Waiver Programs: Provide long-term support for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Applications are managed by the Wyoming Department of Health’s Developmental Disabilities Division.
  • SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program): Supports food costs for eligible individuals. Apply through the Wyoming Department of Family Services.

Step 4 – Seek Advocacy & Independent Living Support

  • Wyoming Protection and Advocacy System (WPAS): Protects the legal rights of people with disabilities.
  • Wyoming Independent Living (WIL): Offers independent living services and adaptive equipment (serving the eastern half of the state).

Step 5 – Consider Vocational Support
