Jen has lived in North Platte County her entire life. She has been married to her husband JJ for 26 years.  Her passion for serving comes from her parents who passed several years ago. It was during this time she saw the need for having dedicated, knowledgeable, and compassionate caregivers who would provide dignity to her parents.

Regional Governance and Operations Lead
Bringing nearly twenty years of experience in social services and a deep-rooted passion that began through her early involvement with Special Olympics. After earning her degree in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Arkansas, she built a strong foundation supporting individuals and community systems through education, advocacy, and service. Renee has since advanced into senior leadership roles across home and community-based care organizations, most recently serving as Regional Director at The Community Supports Network, Inc., where she led multi-site operations, compliance, and waiver program management with a focus on quality, growth, and person-centered care.
