Jen has lived in North Platte County her entire life. She has been married to her husband JJ for 26 years.  Her passion for serving comes from her parents who passed several years ago. It was during this time she saw the need for having dedicated, knowledgeable, and compassionate caregivers who would provide dignity to her parents.

Brenda brings a strong customer service background and deep experience in billing, payroll, and compliance, as well as extensive experience in healthcare operations, process improvement, and administrative leadership. She is known for her attention to detail, commitment to service, and ability to build efficient, accountable workflows that support both teams and organizational success. We are excited to have Brenda join the CareTech team and look forward to her contributions.

Bringing nearly twenty years of experience in social services and a deep-rooted passion that began through her early involvement with Special Olympics. After earning her degree in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Arkansas, she built a strong foundation supporting individuals and community systems through education, advocacy, and service. Renee has since advanced into senior leadership roles across home and community-based care organizations, most recently serving as Regional Director at The Community Supports Network, Inc., where she led multi-site operations, compliance, and waiver program management with a focus on quality, growth, and person-centered care.

I have over 12 years of experience in case management, and throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with people from many different backgrounds and walks of life. I’m drawn to this work because I truly enjoy helping others and being there for people when they need support the most.

One of the most rewarding parts of my job is seeing the small changes that can make such a big difference in someone’s life. Sometimes, simply knowing that someone is there to listen, help, and remind you that you’re not alone can mean everything.

I’m excited to make new connections, reconnect with people from my past, and continue learning from the people I have the privilege of working with. We may not be able to change the world for everyone, but if we can make it a little better for even one person, then what we do matters.
