We are delighted to share highlights of our participation in Moving Day Omaha, which took place in June. This meaningful event, organized by the Parkinson’s Foundation, was an incredible opportunity for Caretech to show our commitment to the well-being of our community and to support those affected by Parkinson’s disease.
Reflecting on a Successful Day
Moving Day Omaha was more than just a walk; it was a celebration of strength, resilience, and community spirit. The event featured various activities, including educational sessions, exercise demonstrations, and, of course, the signature walk, all designed to promote awareness and raise funds for Parkinson’s disease research and support.
Caretech’s Contributions
As an in-home care agency, our participation in Moving Day Omaha was a natural extension of our mission to provide compassionate and comprehensive care. Our presence helped highlight the vital role that in-home care plays in the lives of those managing chronic conditions. We joined in on the physical activities and exercises demonstrated during the event that are vital for managing Parkinson’s symptoms, and we were proud to be part of these beneficial practices.
Heartfelt Thanks
We extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who participated, donated, and supported us during Moving Day Omaha. Together, we can make a lasting impact!
