Caregiver Rewards and Recognition

Caregiver of the Month

  • Care Coordinators nominate 1 CG each
    month (based on values) by 1st Tuesday
  • Anyone nominated gets certificate
  • Winner gets $100, t-shirt, and certificate

Caregiver of the Year

  • $500, pin (for lanyard), ¾ Zip shirt, certificate

Monthly Goals (i.e. clocking in/out consistently,
completing tasks)

  • Complete monthly ‘check in’ with every caregiver
  • Monthly drawing for those that clock in/out every
    shift for the month
  • Each Coordinator gets $50 in gift cards to award
    caregivers and drive good behaviors
