Caretech Expands Into Wyoming Through Heartfelt Partnership With Quality Home Health Care

At Caretech, we’ve always believed in growing with purpose—and with heart. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce a new chapter in our journey: Caretech has officially acquired Quality Home Health Care, a beloved home care provider in Wyoming that has served families with excellence, compassion, and integrity since 2001.This partnership isn’t just about expanding into a new state. It’s about honoring a trusted legacy, investing in community-based care, and working together to reach more people with the services they deserve.

A Natural Fit With Shared Values

When we first connected with Quality Home Health Care, it was clear we had something special in common: a deep commitment to client-first, family-oriented care.

“We found not just a provider—but a kindred organization,” said Kerin Zuger, Caretech’s Chief Operating Officer. “The community loves Quality. Their staff, clients, and legacy are treasured, and we’re honored to build upon that foundation.”

We’re proud to bring our 26 years of home care experience to Wyoming and even prouder to partner with a provider whose culture aligns so closely with our own. Together, we’re better—and we’re just getting started.

No Disruption, Just More Support

For families and clients currently receiving care through Quality, rest assured: nothing is changing about the care you rely on. The same caregivers and office team will continue delivering the same trusted services, with the full support of Caretech behind them.

We’re simply enhancing the great work already being done with additional tools, resources, and support systems—so care can be even more responsive, consistent, and personalized.

Certified Nursing Assistance & Skilled Nursing—With Heart

Caretech will continue offering and strengthening Certified Nursing Assistance (CNA) and Skilled Nursing Care across the state of Wyoming, including services such as:

  • Medication Management
  • Wound Care
  • Infusions
  • Chronic Disease Monitoring
  • And more

These services will be supported by expanded clinical leadership, including a new Director of Nursing based in Nebraska who will help oversee quality and compliance across both states.

“We’re not starting from scratch—we’re investing in what already works,” said Zuger. “Wyoming’s high standards are already in place—and we’re honored to uphold and expand them.”

Welcoming Familiar Faces and Local Leadership

We’re especially excited to welcome Kate Schmer back to her hometown of Laramie, WY! Kate has worked as a Community Liaison with Caretech in Western Nebraska and now returns home to support the Wyoming team alongside Austynne Hill and Ahmed Sheik.

Together, this incredible team will carry forward Quality’s 20-year legacy of meaningful, community-based care—now under the Caretech name.

Technology + Heart = Better Care

As part of the integration, the Quality team will now have access to Caretech’s best-in-class platforms, including:

  • AxisCare for smarter scheduling and care tracking
  • CoachUpCare for ongoing staff training and support
  • Hireology for streamlining recruitment and onboarding
  • AI tools to improve compliance, reporting, and caregiver efficiency

“With the right technology and support, we free up our teams to do what they do best—care deeply and make a difference,” said Prateek Aneja, Caretech’s President and CFO.

Caretech in the Community

This acquisition is also about showing up locally. Our leadership is already connecting with hospitals, referral partners, and case managers across the state to build relationships and ensure seamless collaboration.

“You’ll see us in your communities, at local events, and in the places that matter most,” said Zuger. “We’re here to stay—and to serve.”

Looking Ahead: One Family at a Time

This milestone is part of Caretech’s larger vision to serve rural and underserved areas across the Midwest, while remaining deeply rooted in compassion, innovation, and trust. More partnerships and growth are ahead—but always with a people-first approach.

“We’ve built a strong foundation in Nebraska, and now we’re ready to serve the entire state of Wyoming—one patient, one caregiver, one family at a time,” said Aneja.

We are so grateful to the Quality Home Health Care team, their clients, and their community for welcoming us with open arms. We promise to continue earning your trust, every step of the way.
